The City of Elizabeth officially recognizes and sincerely thanks Jacqueline McNeil, NPP Coordinator, for her five years of managing the NPP Colombian District Area programs. Her unwavering dedication and commitment to community well-being have been essential to the success of the five-year grant from the State Department of Community Affairs under the Neighborhood Preservation Program and to the residents we serve in Elizabeth.

Special thanks and appreciation are also extended to Consultant Zoraya Lee-Hamlin, RayZo, Inc., for her excellent facilitation of the social media training sessions, which have improved community engagement and outreach efforts within our city.
